PURPOSE:
Awarded on August 26, 2022, as an emergency contract for an amount not to exceed $99,999.00. On February 28, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funding for an amount not to exceed $325,000.00 and contract term through February 28, 2024. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase funding for an amount not to exceed $540,000.00 and contract term through February 28, 2025. On February 27, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase funding for an amount not to exceed $485,680.00 and to add the Courthouse Fire Panel project to the contract. On September 24, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase funds for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 and to add the Department of Watershed Management to the contract. On March 25, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 ratifying a previously provided contract term increase and extending the contract term through December 31, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $582,000.00. This contract consists of providing maintenance, repair, and installation of fire intrusion alarms. This request seeks to increase funds and term through June 30, 2026 to allow for the completion of the current procurement process.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 6 with:
All-Star Fire, LLC., 3284 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite 300, Norcross, GA 30092
Amount Not To Exceed: $275,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
