This request seeks to increase the scope of work and funds to allow for construction services required under the DeKalb County animal shelter overflow project. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on May 14, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $179,554.53 for renovations to the 3rd floor breakroom in the Maloof Building. This contract consists of purchasing from the competitively let Fulton County contract for the repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, construction, etc. of buildings, structures, or other real property. This request seeks to include construction services for the animal shelter overflow project and primarily includes concrete padding, sitework, water and sewer underground drain line installation, electrical wiring and piping, materials, and labor.
