PURPOSE:

The purpose of the DeKalb County’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is to identify, acquire, rehabilitate, manage and sell foreclosed, abandoned and vacant single-family homes in accordance with the U.S. Housing and Urban Development NSP1 and NSP3 programs. This program is to fight blight and stabilize neighborhoods. Eight (8) bids were received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the  contract and all associated documents.
