PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 117J in Land Lot 223
of the 15th District for the following streets: To Lani Path, To Lani Court, To Lani Lane, To Lani Cove, and To Lani Farm Road; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 68% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed fifty-four cents ($0.54) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy. The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs of the street lights required for the new subdivision.
RECOMMENDATION:

Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 117J in Land Lot 223 of the 15th District for the following streets: To Lani Path, To Lani Court, To Lani Lane, To Lani Cove, and To Lani Farm Road. All abutting property on this street will be assessed fifty-four cents ($0.54) per lighted streetside foot per year. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
