PURPOSE:
Consists of mowing and lawn maintenance services at one hundred and thirteen (113) right-of-way locations throughout the County during the spring and summer seasons. There will be six (6) mowing cycles from April - November 2026 and includes litter removal, herbicide application and growth regulator, trimming, blowing and/or edging. Seeks to reserve the right to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County and also includes additional funding for owner-controlled contingency. Nine (9) bids were received.
