PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on March 22, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $138,777.20. On February 16, 2023, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option, for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. On March 26, 2024, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option, for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. This contract consists of providing herbicide application services on County roads, right of ways, and other locations every six (6) weeks. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided thirty (30) day contract term increase effective as of April 1, 2025. This request also seeks to increase the contract term to July 31, 2025, and increase funds, for the continuation of the herbicide application services throughout multiple locations in the County. A new solicitation is forthcoming.
