PURPOSE:
Consists of processing residential single-stream recycling materials, commercial cardboard, and mixed paper collected by the recycling program. The estimated yearly processing of single stream recycling materials is anticipated to be 6,000 tons at a $65.00 per ton processing fee. The County will participate in a 35% revenue share.
The County will also participate in a revenue share for recycling commercial cardboard and mixed paper. Two (2) bids were received.
This substitute is submitted to revise the recommended award amount and provide additional request information.
