PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 11, 2024 for a total amount not to exceed $2,244,612.76. These contracts consist of the purchase of year-round litter removal services on sixty-three (63) County roadways, MARTA stops, Department of Transportation interstate exit ramps, and medians. This request seeks to exercise the 1st renewal option through June 30, 2026, for continued litter removal services year-round, every two (2) weeks. Contract No. 1381670 (American Eagle) includes a rate per mile increase and Contract No. 1381672 (Russell Landscape) includes a rate per mile reduction.
This substitute is submitted to reduce the recommended renewal award amounts and revise various entries and supporting documentation.
