PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing removal services and vacuuming of accumulated grit and materials within the wet wells of the clean water and wastewater treatment plants off the competitively let Cobb County Water System Sealed Bid No. 22-6612 and resulting agreement.
This request seeks to rescind the previously approved agenda item (2024-0881) requesting award of Cooperative Agreement for Cleaning of Manholes, Sewer Lines, and Drains (Cobb County Water System Sealed Bid No. 22-6612) with Wind River Environmental, LLC, dba Hamby’s Septic for amount not to exceed $250,000.00. This amount was provided in the initial paragraph of the agenda item but in conflict with the recommendation entered as $400,000.00 in subsequent sections and supporting attachments. This request seeks to re-award under this revised award to address the above stated discrepancy.
