PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 117H in Land Lot 210 of the 18th District for the following streets: Lavista Road, Northlake Pkwy; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertains to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed four dollar fifty-five cents ($4.55) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy. The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 117H in Land Lot 210 of the 18th District and have street lights installed on Lavista Road, Northlake Pkwy ; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
