PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 22, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $572,180.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through July 31, 2023. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to ratify a previously provided six (6) month contract term increase and increase the contract funds, scope of services and term through December 31, 2024. On October 22, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025, and to add certified LSBE-DeKalb vendor, Accura Engineering and Consulting Services Inc. On October 28, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase the contract funds, scope of services and term through June 30, 2027. This request is to add an additional scope of work, increase the contract term through March 28, 2028, and increase contract funds for an amount not to exceed $2,299,900.00. The extension will allow the contractor additional time to complete the added scope for both the South River and Yellow River Watershed Phase III Stormwater Master Plan, as well as provide the time and funding needed for completion.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents
