PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $2,419,769.60. On September 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $24,860.34 for handheld barcode reader software and maintenance that allows for the movement of property between locations. This contract consists of proprietary software packages used by Police Services for records management and field-based reporting of multiple programs (i.e.VisionRMS, VisionFBR, CrimeMapping.com, CrimeView Dashboard, Predictive Missions, CrimeView Desktop, LMS (Learning Management System) and Inform IQ Search).
This request seeks to add funding for the implementation of an interface from Citizen Online Reporting System (DORS) provided by LexisNexis Coplogic into the Inform RMS (Web RMS/NIBRS). This increase allows for import into RMS or rejection for more information of reports filled out online by citizens once approved.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

Amount Not To Exceed: $36,465.09
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
