PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 5, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $210,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $315,000.00 and to extend the contract term through June 30, 2020. On July 14, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $360,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $260,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2022. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $240,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2023. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed $240,000.00 and to increase the contract term through December 31, 2024. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $240,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 31, 2025. This contract consists of performing legislative lobbying services on the state level. This request is to increase the contract term through December 31, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 7 with:
Dentons US, LLP, 303 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 5300, Atlanta, GA 30308
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents
