PURPOSE:
Consist of providing preliminary engineering design services for CR 5182/Pleasantdale Road (from I-85 to Tucker Norcross Road - PI No. 0019263). Services will be performed in accordance with GDOT Plan Development Process (PDP), spanning from Concept Reports through Final Design. This project includes enhancing multimodal safety and accessibility through a road diet, protected mid-block crossings, wider sidewalks, a shared-use path, and upgraded lighting. This work will be assigned through a series of task orders as the project develops. Five proposals were received.
This substitute is submitted to the revise recommended award amount and supporting User Department documentation.
