PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 14, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $117,000.00. On March 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $117,000.00. On March 22, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $117,000.00. On March 28, 2023, the BOC approved the 3rd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $117,000.00. On April 23, 2024, the BOC approved the 4th renewal option for an amount not to exceed $117,000.00. On May 13, 2025, the BOC approved change order no. 1 ratifying a previously provided contract term increase and increasing the contract funds in an amount not to exceed $117,000.00 and term through March 31, 2026. On September 23, 2025 BOC approved a consent to assignment of the contract and all remaining contract funds and terms from MGT of America Consulting, LLC to MGT Impact Solutions, LLC. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through November 30, 2026 and ratify a previously provided term increase. Supports in the development of a new cost allocation plan to claim indirect costs as charges to grants, special revenue funds, and enterprise funds. Cost allocation plans allow the County to correctly capture overhead costs and ensure expense allocations reflect the actual benefit received and is a requirement for compliance.

Recommended Action
Recommend Approval of Change Order No. 2 with: MGT Impact Solutions LLC, 4320 West Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33609 Amount Not to Exceed: $117,000 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
