PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 26, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC awarded Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. On September 13, 2022, the BOC awarded the 1st renewal in an amount not to exceed $900,000.00. On September 26, 2023, the BOC awarded Change Order No. 2 in an amount not to exceed $1,575,000.00. This request seeks to increase contract funds to continue purchasing red dyed diesel fuel used to fuel off-road County equipment through October 31, 2025.
