PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC, on August 10, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $7,975,000.00. On July 12, 2022 the BOC approved the 1st renewal option not to exceed $9,431,257.59. On February 28, 2023 the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $5,400,000.00. These contracts consist of purchasing replacement vehicles to enable County personnel to complete daily tasks that require the use of automobiles. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option through August 31, 2024.

This renewal will support the procurement of outstanding vehicle replacements as well as additions to the fleet.
