PURPOSE:

Consists of design and construction services in support of: (1) the demolition of the existing 3 - span bridge that spans the Norfolk Southern (NS) tracks; (2) construction of a 1-span bridge spanning over existing and future NS tracks; and (3) reconstruction of Cedar Grove Road approaching and departing the bridge. Additionally, the above construction will include the relocation of a County water line and any other utility relocations and installations. One proposal was received.
