PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let OMNIA Partners/Cobb County Contract No. 23-6692-03 for a three (3) year purchase of Relativity software & services. This purchase will assist with Object Repository Reader data processing. Relativity software is an eDiscovery tool that can assist in processing repository-related data for purposes of removing duplicates and other criteria as determined by law and the requester. The County’s current process includes use of eDiscovery tools by Microsoft, which results in additional work for DoIT and Law Department staff members. Use of Relativity software will significantly reduce processing time by utilizing improved filters and de-duplication of data, thus reducing the amount of data required to respond to the Object Repository Reader.
