PURPOSE:
Consists of repairs to concrete and steel beams, columns, connections, steel plates, expansion joints, waterproofing, new electrical LED lighting, inspection of existing panel boards, plumbing, HVAC unit, fire protection piping, way finding signage, steel railings, pressure washing, stairwell modifications, repainting, restriping of parking stall lines, traffic coating on all exposed parking deck areas and on stair treads, renovating the parking attendant’s office and restrooms, trimming the exterior surrounding trees away from the parking deck and pressure washing all the exterior facades. Two (2) bids were received.
