PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on June 9, 2015 for a total amount not to exceed $12,000,000.00. On May 10, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $3,900,000.00. On April 25, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $4,680,000.00. This request is for additional funding to sustain Consent Decree requirements and extend the contracts’ term through December 31, 2018.

Recommend approval of Change Order No.1 to add additional funding and extend the contracts’ term with:
