PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on October 25, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $36,894,102.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work and contract funds for each contract. On November 10, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order 2 to increase the contract term for all four contracts to December 31,2026. This request seeks to increase the contract term for all 4 contracts to December 31, 2027. Contract term increase will align with the deadline by which funds from the approved GEFA loan must be fully drawn down, ensuring that all work funded under the loan can be completed within the required timeframe.
