CO - Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 1154952 Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Services (Rockdale County Contract No. 2019-09 [DeKalb Cooperative Agreement]: for use by Department of Watershed Management (DWM) and Public Works - Roads and Drainage (R&D). This contract is a cooperative agreement and consists of providing sanitary sewer system pipe rehabilitation services. This request is to increase the scope of work and contract term through March 31, 2021. This non-compensatory request will allow for the continuation of sanitary sewer system pipe rehabilitation services. Awarded to IPR Southeast, LLC subsidiary of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation, LLC.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 11, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $7,900,453.00. On October 8, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add Public Works - Roads and Drainage (R&D) and to increase the scope of work and funding in an amount not to exceed $999,995.00 in support of the addition of Public Works - Roads and Drainage (R&D). On July 14, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase line items and funding in an amount not to exceed $317,500.00. This contract consists of cooperatively purchasing from the competitively let Rockdale County annual contract for the provision of various sanitary sewer rehabilitation services, primarily consisting of cured in place pipe lining. This request will use existing available funds to continue to assist the County in completing sewer line rehabilitation services.
