CO - Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 1328331 DeKalb County’s GDOT Gateways Landscaping Design, Installation, Enhancement, and Maintenance (Muti-Year): for use by Public-Works-Sanitation & Beautification. This contract consists of providing landscaping design, installation, enhancement, maintenance, and litter/debris removal services at thirteen GDOT gateway/ramp locations. This contract also consists of landscaping enhancement, maintenance, and litter/debris removal services at two (2) median locations. This request seeks to increase funds and revise and increase the scope of work for four (4) locations. Awarded to Russell Landscape. Amount Not to Exceed: $216,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 25, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $2,096,267.60. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 in an amount not to exceed $2,757,027.00.
This request seeks to revise the scope of work and supporting funds to allow for the turnkey installation of a permanent perennial cover at the following four (4) locations:
1. Intersection of the Mason Mill Trail with North Druid at Spring Creek
2. Ponce de Leon and North Decatur
3. Memorial Drive and Covington Drive
4. North Druid Hills and Clairmont Road Intersection

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
