This contract consists of landscape and maintenance services for all County Parks. This request is to increase funding due to an increase in the number of sites maintained. Awarded to: Yellowstone Landscape Company. Amount Not To Exceed: $165,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 9, 2021 to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed: $2,175,000.00. This contract consists of completing landscape cleanup and maintenance of all County Park sites. The work includes but is not limited to ground maintenance such as: mowing, string trimming, mechanical edging, litter removal, tree, and shrub maintenance such as pruning, weed removal, and mulching. The maintenance consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, means of transportation, and incidentals necessary to successfully perform landscape maintenance services.
This request is to add funding to Contract No. 1273911 due to an increase in the number of sites being maintained to include the Senior Center on Elam, Flat Shoals Park, Mason Mill Park, and PATH.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Yellowstone Landscape Company, 4386 Lilburn Industrial Way, Lilburn GA 30047
Amount Not To Exceed: $165,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
