PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 11, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 9, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd and final renewal option for an amount not to exceed $240,000.00. On June 8, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $24,125.00. On October 12, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $538,466.00 and increased the contract term through December 31, 2023. On September 27, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $534,909.00 and increased the contract term through December 31, 2024. This contract consists of providing implementation services for the Cityworks Asset Management software. This request seeks to increase the contract funds and scope of work to support the implementation of a more efficient Transportation Cityworks PLL software application. This implementation will assist in managing the permitting workflow process; replace the current system of issuing permits manually; and allow a more modern way of submitting, approving, tracking, and the closing of all permits.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Woolpert, Inc. 375 Northridge Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30350
Amount Not To Exceed: $180,929.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
