PURPOSE:

Consists of the start-up, operations, maintenance, and conversion of renewable natural gas at the County’s RFF.  This will be a revenue generating agreement.  The proposer will perform the necessary upgrades and/or repairs to bring the facility back to operating condition and will maintain the facility.  The proposer will also compensate the County accordingly for the raw landfill gas (LFG) utilized by the facility, for the sale of renewable natural gas (RNG) produced from utilizing the LFG, as well as for the sale of environmental attributes on a mandated monthly basis.  Two (2) proposals were received.
