These contracts consist of the provision of temporary staffing. This request seeks to increase the contract term through March 31, 2026. Awarded to Corporate Temps, Inc. and Howroyd-Wright Employment Agency, Inc. dba AppleOne Employment Services. CONTRACT TERM INCREASE ONLY.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 28, 2020, to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $10,000,000.00. On February I 0, 2022, Change Order No. 1 was approved to transfer $1,000,000.00 from Contract 1213057 to 1213056 due to heavy usage. On April 26, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase contract funds to both contracts by a total amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00. On December 27, 2022, Change Order No. 3 was approved to transfer $2,000,000.00 from Contract 1213057 to 1213056. On January 27, 2023, Change Order No. 4 was approved to transfer $500,000.00 from Contract 1213056 to 1213057 for payment of outstanding invoices. On March 14, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase contract funds to both contracts by a total amount not to exceed $ I 0,000,000.00. On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 to increase the contract term through June 30, 2025. On June I 0, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 7 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025. These contracts consist of the provision of part-time and full-time temporary personnel positions for DeKalb County on an as needed basis. This request seeks to increase the contract term through March 31, 2026, using existing funds.
This substitute is submitted to revise the requested contract term increase date.
