PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC, on March 8, 2022, to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $690,000.00. On February 16, 2023, the BOC exercised the 1st renewal option with all five (5) vendors in a total amount not to exceed $925,000.00. On March 12, 2024, the BOC exercised the 2nd renewal option with all five (5) vendors in a total amount not to exceed $700,000.00 and to allow for the transfer of funds between the contracts based on the needs of the County. These contracts consist of the purchase of lubricants (motor oil, hydraulic fluids, transmission fluids, etc.) used for County vehicles and on-site equipment. This request seeks to increase the contract term through July 31, 2025, using remaining renewal funds. A new solicitation is forthcoming.
