PURPOSE:

Awarded on December 20, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $95,650.00.  This contract consists of providing services to reduce blight in the County, including abatement of vacant and abandoned properties (houses and lots).  The services also include landscaping/ground maintenance services; removal and disposal of tree debris, trash, and junk; securing/boarding up properties as necessary; and on-call nuisance and abatement services as required. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option.
