PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on April 14, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On April 13, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On April 12, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $476,000.00. On May 23, 2023, BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term and funds through April 30, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On September 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term and funds through April 30, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. This contract consists of providing High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe liners for installation in waterlines and pipe repair. This request seeks to increase the contract term through April 30, 2026. This will allow for continuous supply of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe liners, specialized parts and repair parts for protection of DeKalb County’s waterlines during roadway work.
