PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC, on September 13, 2022, to four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $235,000.00. On September 26, 2023, the BOC approved Renewal No.1 to four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $281,000.00. These contracts consist of the purchase of ammunition for public safety personnel’s weapons to use in the line of duty and in training. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option through September 30, 2025.
