PURPOSE:
Awarded on December 12, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $225,000.00. On October 10, 2023, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $180,000. This contract consists of mowing and maintenance of County abated locations, including abatement lots, traffic islands, FEMA lots, and land banks. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided sixty (60) day contract term increase, effective as of January 1, 2025. This request also seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option through December 31, 2025.
