PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $2,862,170.00. On October 22, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $1,745,430.00. This contract consists of purchasing from the competitively let H-GAC Contract No. RP07-20 for the implementation and support of the District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office and the Police Department’s case management system and evidentiary data sharing. This request seeks to increase contract funds for expansion to the system to include additional entities, components, and features. These additions are specific to the Police Department (NICE Investigate), the District Attorney’s Office (NICE Justice), the Public Defender’s Office (NICE Defense), and the Office of the Solicitor (NICE Justice).

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

 

NICE Systems, Inc., 221 River Street, 10th Floor, Hoboken, NJ 07030

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,421,735.00

 

and authorized the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Change Order and all associated documents.
