PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 9, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $224,773.92. On August 22, 2023, the BOC approved Renewal No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $180,000.00. On October 8, 2024, the BOC approved Renewal No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $135,000.00. This contract consists of the purchase and delivery of feed, hay and shavings to Little Creek Horse Farm and Park. The Farm is a forty (40) acre site that provides equestrian services, an indoor/outdoor riding arena, and thirteen (13) acres of pastureland for horse grazing and riding, with a small picnic area and walking trails used by residents. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request seeks also to extend the contract term through August 31, 2026.
