PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 12, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2019. On November 19, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2020. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 and to extend the contract term to December 2023. On October 25, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $336,760.00. This request is to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2024, as DoIT continues to expand systems capabilities and to add additional funding to allow the next phase to be implemented, including the citizen access portal, for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend the approval of Change Order No. 5 with:
Speridian Technologies, LLC, 2400 Louisiana Blvd., NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
Amount Not To Exceed: $100,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
