PURPOSE:
Consists of cleaning the sewer system to prevent spills. These services directly support the Federal Order Consent Decree requirement to have twenty percent (20%) of the sewer lines cleaned yearly to reduce spillage and overflow which would be hazardous to public health. Nine (9) bids were received.
