CO - Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 1302434 and Change Order No. 4 to Contract Nos. 1302440 and 1302439 Tree Cutting and Removal Services (Three (3) Year Multiyear Contract): for use by Public Works - Beautification (PWB), Roads & Drainage (R&D) Divisions and Departments of Watershed Management (DWM), Facilities Management (FM), Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs (RPCA). These contracts consist of providing countywide tree cutting and removal services on an as needed basis. This request seeks to increase contract funds in support of PWB. Awarded to Casey Tree Experts, Inc., Neda Inc. dba Garden of Aden and One Two Tree, LLC. Total Amount Not to Exceed: $450,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 23, 2022, for a total amount not to exceed $7,554,975.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to all four contracts to increase the contract funds for a total amount not to exceed $1,555,000.00. On November 12, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract funds for Contract Nos. 1302439, 1302440 and 1302441 for a total amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On June 24, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term and funds for Contract Nos. 1302440, 1302439 and 1302441 for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00 through December 31, 2026. The BOC also approved Change Order No. 2 for Contract No. 1302434 to increase the contract term only through December 31, 2026. These contracts are utilized by various County departments and consist of on-call tree cutting and removal services. This request seeks to increase the contract funds. This request will cover the needs of PWB which were not included under the previous BOC approved change order request.
