PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 22, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $572,180.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through July 31, 2023. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to ratify a previously provided six (6) month contract term increase and increase the contract funds, scope of services and term through December 31, 2024. This contract consists of providing stormwater master planning services for DeKalb County. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025, and to add certified LSBE-DeKalb vendor, Accura Engineering and Consulting Services Inc, (Accura) as a sub-contractor to the contract. Accura will provide field survey and other related services. This extension will allow the contractor time to complete current stormwater master planning tasks, required for the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Arcadis US, Inc., 2839 Paces Ferry Road, Suite 900, Atlanta, Georgia, 30339
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents
