PURPOSE:
Consists of golf course maintenance and related improvements of the entire site, in a manner that promotes and supports operations at a level consistent with high-quality municipal golf facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to: tees, greens, fairways, semi-rough, rough, natural areas, water features, cart paths, bridges, practice facilities, fencing, trees, all buildings, signs, utilities and parking areas. Four (4) bids were received.
