PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 28, 2022 to 49 vendors for an amount not to exceed $5,180,000.00. On September 27, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add Fire Rescue in an amount not exceed $1,255,000.00. On May 23, 2023, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option not to exceed $6,280,000.00. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to outfit Police vehicles in an amount not to exceed $602,000.00. These contracts consist of repair parts for all types of vehicles and equipment. This request seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option through June 30, 2025. This request also seeks to reserve the right to transfer funds between contracts based on Department needs.
