PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 15, 2015 to five (5) contractors for an amount not to exceed $823,604.00. On July 12, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to cancel awarded sites to NGL & Erosion Control Group and reassign to other contracted vendors. On November 7, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $988,324.80. On December 5, 2017, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option on a month to month basis until new contracts are executed for a monthly total amount not to exceed $220,000.00. This request is for the cancellation of 3Macks Lawn Service’s contract and reallocation of the awarded sites to MJ Lawn & Maintenance Services, Inc. and Flex Landscaping.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to cancel 3Macks Lawn Service’s contract and award the sites to the following contractors:
