PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 14, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $700,000.00. On July 12, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase contract funding for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00 to cover an approved CIP Project for apparatus bay door replacement at various fire stations. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Renewal No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $1,100,000.00. On August 8, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for DWM to complete upcoming projects. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Renewal No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $1,375,000.00. On October 22, 2024, the BOC approved Renewal No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,050,000.00.

This request seeks to increase funds to cover the CIP project consisting of apparatus bay door replacements at various fire stations.

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:

Amount Not To Exceed: $400,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
