PURPOSE:

On November 24, 2025, Purchase Order No. 5057885 to purchase from the competitively let Sourcewell Contract No. 030223-DAK for the provision and replacement of the Airport’s EMC. The Airport’s existing EMC is outdated and out of warranty, rendering repairs to be costly and no longer beneficial, making this upgrade a cost-effective and efficient solution. This purchase features a larger and higher resolution display, covers the removal and disposal of the old EMC, as well as installation, set-up, and maintenance services. Additionally, the purchase includes shipping, labor, a five (5) year parts warranty, and a ten (10) year subscription to a web-based display management system software.
