Consists of the repair and installation of fences and gates throughout the County. This request seeks to rescind the award made to Wainwright Construction Inc. dba Wayne Construction under Agenda Item 2025-0140, remove the Sanitation Department and its funding of $44,400.00, and re-award the remaining funds to Executive Realty Solutions Inc. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 11, 2025, to Wainwright Construction Inc. dba Wayne Construction for an estimated amount of $1,169,400.00. Wainwright Construction Inc. dba Wayne Construction was one of two bidders awarded. The second awardee was Executive Realty Solutions, Inc. A contract with Wainwright Construction Inc. dba Wayne Construction has not moved forward due to the awardee’s voluntary withdrawal for inability to provide required post-award documentation. Additionally, the Sanitation Department has decided not to continue as a user department for this service, and its portion of funding is being rescinded. The remaining user departments, DWM and R&D, have decided to re-award their funding to Executive Realty Solutions, Inc. This request seeks to rescind the award made to Wainwright Construction Inc. dba Wayne Construction under Agenda Item 2025-0140, remove the Sanitation Department and its funding of $44,400.00, and re-award the remaining funds of $1,125,000.00 to Executive Realty Solutions Inc.
