PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on June 25, 2013, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On November 13, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 and to extend the contract term for one year. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $675,000.00 and to extend the contract term for one year. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for the consent to assignment to transfer the lockbox services to Deluxe Corporation dba REMITTCO, LLC. On December 21, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 and to extend the contract for one year.  On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 for an amount not to exceed $276,000.00 and to extend the contract for one year.  The County is implementing a new billing system that requires significant County resources. This request is to increase the contract term and funding to allow the County’s financial operations to continue during the implementation of the new enQuesta billing system.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 6 with:

 

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Inc., 360 Interstate Parkway, 5th Fl, Atlanta, GA 30339

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $305,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
