PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on November 9, 2021, to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $2,175,000.00. On July 23, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1273911 for an amount not to exceed $165,000.00 to increase funds and include four (4) additional sites for maintenance.

This request seeks to increase funds for both contracts and extend Contract No. 1273912 through December 31, 2025.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
