PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2022, as a ratification of emergency services, for an amount not to exceed $975,000.00. On December 6, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $975,000.00. On April 25, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $1,950,000.00 and increased the contract term through June 30, 2024. This service requires a three-person crew to operate in either an 8-yard compactor or F-450 stake body style dump truck. Lot. This request seeks an increase in contract funds and term through January 31, 2025, for the continuation of weekly residential debris collection services for the North Collection Lot. Scope of work to procure a new contract is under development by Public Works - Sanitation.

This substitute is submitted to revise the requested contract term and funds increase and supporting documentation.
