PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2024, for a total amount not to exceed $160,000.00. On November 18, 2025, the BOC Renewal No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $180,000.00. This contract consists of providing uniforms for the Marshal’s Office personnel which enhances public safety, promotes professionalism, and increases visibility and accountability of law enforcement personnel. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option, with price increases, through August 31, 2027. Providing standardized uniforms for the Marshal’s Office enhances public safety, promotes professionalism, and increases visibility and accountability of law enforcement personnel.
