PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on April 25, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $2,096,267.60. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $2,757,027.00. On September 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $216,000.00. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,930,705.00. This contract consists of providing landscaping design, installation, enhancement, maintenance, and litter/debris removal services at various locations within the County. This request seeks to increase funds for the continuous maintenance services of the permanent perennial cover for the wildflower plantings project.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:

 

Russell Landscape, LLC, 4300 Woodward Way, Sugar Hill, GA 30518

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $216,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated

documents
